Shuffle jab, squat tap, skate, hop, rocking horse, foot tap, straddle step and fast feet! If you love a good choreography mix, go run and hit play on this one! But don't feel intimidated if it's not your jam or you like to keep it low impact. It's very easy to dial the intensity down, and we'll add on each step one at a time with lots of practice.
